Data Entry- Quality Analyst/Team Leader

We are hiring a Data entry- Quality Analyst/Team Leader to manage and oversee high-volume data processing operations under a strict 100% verification (Maker–Checker) model, operating exclusively within a secure, encrypted company database system.

This is a process-ownership role requiring strong leadership, data integrity control, and SLA-driven execution.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Lead data operations delivering 10,000 records per month

Implement and monitor 100% record-level QA validation (no sampling)

Ensure zero critical errors and strict compliance standards

Oversee Maker–Checker workflow within secure database system

Monitor SLA adherence and daily throughput targets

Track error trends and implement corrective actions

Maintain audit-ready documentation and QA logs

Handle escalations and ensure same-day rework cycles

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

No Excel-based or external processing permitted

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

3–6 years experience in backend/data operations

Experience in Maker–Checker or 100% QA environments

Exposure to ERP/CRM/database-based workflows

Experience handling high-volume (15K+ monthly) records

Strong SLA management and error reduction experience

Team handling experience (minimum 5 members preferred)
