Data & Sales Executive

About Us: Usha Cables Co. makes and supplies high-quality wires and cables for homes, offices, and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers via calls, emails.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products from our portfolio.
• Prepare and share quotations based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, address queries, and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline regularly & follow up with them regularly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We Need:

• Technical knowledge (MS Excel + Basic computer operations).
• Good work speed and accuracy.
• Careful and detail-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Experience in sales or customer service (experience in electrical products is a plus).
• Can finish work on time.
