Debt Recovery Agent

We are looking for motivated and responsible Debt Recovery Agents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recovering pending loan dues from customers through regular follow-ups and customer coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate and convince customers for payment settlements if required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Coordinate with the recovery manager and report daily progress.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism during the process.
• Handle customer objections tactfully while maintaining good relationships.
