Job Opening: Debt Recovery Agent

- Make collection calls and remind customers about pending payments
- Use skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach customers
- Negotiate payment plans professionally
- Maintain accurate records in Excel
- Resolve customer queries and follow compliance guidelines
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
