Job Description:
We are looking for Debt Recovery Agent to join our team at Krishna Enterprises Recovery Agency for a debt collection process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to recover pending payments and EMIs on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to customers with outstanding dues.
- Inform customers about due amounts and payment deadlines.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Update call records and recovery status in the system.
- Follow company protocol and RBI-compliant communication guidelines.
