We are looking for a dedicated Debt Recovery Agent to collect customer overdue amounts and pending EMI payments. The role involves contacting customers, following up on delayed payments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional conduct.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers to collect overdue and pending EMI amounts.Explain outstanding dues and repayment options clearly.Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.Conduct follow-ups through calls, visits, and messages.Maintain accurate recovery records and daily reports.Ensure recovery activities follow company policies and legal guidelines.Required Skills:Strong convincing and negotiation skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.Basic documentation and reporting knowledge.Experience:Fresher or experienced candidates can apply (preferred in recovery/collections).
