**Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery Officer**  

**Location:** Naraina, New Delhi  

**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month  

**Job Description:**  

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our Debt Recovery team in Naraina. As a Telecaller for Debt Recovery, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue payments and negotiating repayment terms. You will work towards resolving outstanding debts while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments.

- Negotiate and establish repayment plans with clients.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements.

- Resolve customer queries and provide solutions for outstanding debt issues.

- Collaborate with the collections team to meet recovery targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during communication.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Previous experience in telecalling or debt recovery is preferred.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision.

- High school diploma; graduation is a plus.
