Salary:- 15000-30000 + Incentive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Debt Recovery Telecaller DRA CERTIFIED and backend to join our collections team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them of their outstanding dues, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining professional and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Remind and convince customers to clear pending dues within the stipulated time.

Negotiate and set up repayment schedules or settlements, if applicable.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines during recovery calls.

• Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• 1 Year experience in collections, debt recovery, or telecalling preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Fluency in [insert preferred languages, e.g., Hindi & English.
• Customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy.
