Daily Responsibilities

✔️ Understand our product catalog and the dynamics of relationship

building. Also, learn to use our CRM system inside out for daily updates.

✔️ Offline visit with our B2B customers (educational institutes) and take

feedback daily.

✔️ Identify trends to devise a change in strategy.

✔️ QC and training of executives on the ground by traveling to their cities

Skills Needed

✔️ Strong desire to build a career in the Marketing & Business

Development domain

✔️ Strong communication and Negotiation skills

✔️ Willing to travel 100% of the time

Program Structure 🏆

✔️ First 6 months Business Development tRAINEE

Interact with school Principals to pitch our offering and convince them to Teacher Workshops.

Learn how to build relations.

✔️ Next 6 months Business Development Executive

Follow-up on decision-makers and close target activities. Learn ATL and BTL activities approach.

✔️ After 1 year Senior Business Development Executive

Manage a team of graduates and run regional campaigns for the same and generate demand.

Learn the art of generating demand in the market by closing the loop of schools and retailers.
