Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

• Customer se garments receive karna, proper barcode & billing karna.
• App mai order update karna (pickup, processing, delivery status).
• Processing unit ke saath coordination karke orders time par dispatch & receive karna.
• Customer ko clear & polite jaankari dena regarding delivery timelines.

2. Cash & Payment Management

• Daily cash collection ko accurately maintain karna.
• Online/UPI payments verify karna.
• End-of-day cash summary prepare karna aur company process ke according deposit karna.
• Billing errors, short cash, ya mismatches avoid karna.

3. Store Management

• Store ka daily opening/closing discipline follow karna.
• Store ko clean, hygiene-first standards ke according maintain karna (WashCraft ka core value).
• Inventory check karna — tags, packaging material, detergents, etc.
• Walk-in customers ko professional & transparent service experience dena.
