A delivery boy (or delivery executive) is responsible for safely and promptly transporting goods, food, or documents from vendors to customers. Key duties include planning efficient routes, loading/unloading packages, verifying recipient details, collecting payments, and maintaining vehicle maintenance. Core Responsibilities and Duties

• Delivery Operations: Picking up, transporting, and delivering items to customers within specified time frames.
• Navigation & Planning: Utilizing GPS and maps to determine the fastest, most efficient routes to avoid traffic.
• Customer Service: Acting as the company face, delivering items professionally, answering queries, and resolving complaints.
• Documentation & Payments: Collecting, recording, and processing payments (cash/digital) and obtaining signatures.
• Package Safety: Loading, unloading, and protecting packages from damage or theft.

Key Requirements & Skills
