Delivery Boy Biker

A delivery boy (or courier) ensures the safe, timely transport of goods, documents, or food from vendors to customers. Key responsibilities include navigating efficient routes, loading/unloading items, verifying recipient details, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. They must adhere to safety rules, often using their own vehicle, and provide good customer service. 

Core Responsibilities

• Delivery & Logistics: Safely transporting varied items, planning optimal routes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Service: Acting as the face of the company, addressing customer queries, and providing a professional, polite service.
• Documentation & Payment: Obtaining signatures, processing cash/digital payments, and maintaining accurate, real-time delivery logs.
• Maintenance & Safety: Following traffic laws and road safety regulations, maintaining the delivery vehicle in good working order.
• Handling Goods: Carefully loading and unloading products to prevent damage. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license (or commercial license for larger vehicles) and a clean driving record.
• Navigation: Strong knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and GPS navigation tools.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, push, and carry, and manage heavy or bulky items.
• Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to use smartphone apps for tracking and updating delivery status.
