Delivery Boy Biker

Responsibilities

• Delivery and transport: Pick up and deliver packages, food, and other items to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Route planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery.
• Loading and unloading: Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, handling them with care to prevent damage.
• Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and handle any complaints professionally.
• Payment collection: Accept cash or other forms of payment from customers upon delivery, if required.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, customer interactions, and payments.
• Vehicle maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance to ensure it is in good working order.
• Adherence to regulations: Follow all traffic laws, road safety guidelines, and company policies. 

Qualifications and skills

• Valid driver's license: A valid driver's license is a primary requirement.
• Clean driving record: A clean driving record is essential for the role.
• Time management: Strong time management and organizational skills are needed to meet delivery schedules.
