A Delivery Boy's job involves safely and efficiently transporting goods (food, packages) from a source to customers, requiring a valid license, navigation skills, time management, and great customer service to ensure timely, accurate, and pleasant delivery experiences while handling payments and maintaining delivery records. 

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Logistics: Pick up, load, transport, and unload items, following optimized routes and schedules.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer questions, handle complaints, and collect payments (cash/digital).
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, expenses, and customer feedback.
• Vehicle & Safety: Perform basic vehicle checks, adhere to traffic laws, and handle packages carefully to prevent damage.
• Issue Resolution: Report delivery problems, delays, or accidents to supervisors promptly. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Navigation: Familiarity with local areas and ability to use GPS/maps.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift items and work in various weather conditions.
• Technical: Basic math for cash handling and using delivery apps.
