Job Title: Service Delivery Boy

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and responsible Service Delivery Boy to ensure timely delivery of products to customers across Delhi/NCR. The candidate will represent the organization professionally and maintain positive customer interactions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver products safely and on time to assigned locations
• Represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding deliveries and basic inquiries
• Ensure proper handling and care of products during transit
• Collect delivery acknowledgements, payments, or documents if required
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently
• Maintain basic records of deliveries and reports
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Decent personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact politely with customers and team members
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively
• Vehicle & License Requirements
• Must own a 2-wheeler
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of routes in Delhi/NCR
• Experience
• Prior experience in delivery or field services is an advantage but not mandatory
