Role Overview
We are looking for a Design Consultant who will manage projects from the first client meeting to final handover. This role is ideal for designers who want strong real-world exposure, client ownership, and hands-on execution experience.
Key Responsiblities
- Conduct on-site client meetings and understand requirements
- Develop practical design concepts aligned with budget and site conditions
- Prepare BOQs and project budgets
- Negotiate scope, timelines, and approvals with clients
- Coordinate with site and technical teams during execution
- Monitor quality, progress, and ensure smooth handover
- EligibilityDegree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
- 0–4 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolios welcome)
- Site coordination or client interaction experience is a plus
Required Skill-sets
- Strong fundamentals in interior & bathroom design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, or similar tools
- Good client communication and presentation skills
- Execution-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
- BOQ / Estimate building
- Willingness to visit sites regularly
Working Details
- 6 days a week
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 60% on Site and 40% from Office
Location: As Per Sites ( Delhi/NCR)
