Desktop Support Engineer

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac)

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Handle basic networking tasks (LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration)

Install and update software applications

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions

Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Assist in system upgrades and maintenance activities

Ensure data backup and basic security practices
