Desktop Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end-users, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and related systems within Apna App.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
• Handle OS installation, upgrades, and patch management (Windows/Mac)
• Diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
• Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and printers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
