Key Responsibilities:

✅ AWS Cloud Management: Deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud solutions (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch)

✅ Helpdesk Support: Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage the ticketing system

✅ General IT Support: Oversee IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and manage IT assets

Qualifications:

🔎 Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field

🔎 Hands-on experience with AWS (Certification preferred)

🔎 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

🔎 Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux

🔎 Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
