Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and camera-friendly Digital Content Creator & Outreach Specialist to be the face of our digital marketing campaigns and social media. This role involves creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and representing the company in digital and offline spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the face of Upschol for digital marketing campaigns and social media.

• Create engaging video content, reels, and live sessions for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop creative scripts and content ideas to increase audience engagement.
• Conduct interviews, Q&A sessions, and promotional videos for our brand.
• Represent Upschol in online and offline outreach initiatives, including student engagement programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies that align with our brand voice.
• Track engagement metrics and optimize content for better reach and performance.
• Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 0-2 years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.

Skills: Excellent communication & on-camera presence.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
• Video editing and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to create engaging and viral-worthy content.
• Confidence in public speaking and representing the brand.
