Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate leads and sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads and analyzing performance data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate quality leads and conversions within budget
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CPL and CPA
- Manage ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Analytics
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Monitor competitor strategies and market trends
