Job Description

Techfin Innovations Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand PPL (Pro Play League) (www.pplegaming.com). The ideal candidate should have up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and creative content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow PPL’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Discord, WhatsApp community etc.).
• Generate leads and drive player registrations for BGMI tournaments/events.
• Create and post engaging content including videos, memes, reels, and clips to promote events.
• Perform basic video editing for promotional content.
• Design graphics, posters, and promotional creatives for online campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on lead generation and engagement metrics.
• Take ownership of the entire brand marketing function for PPL.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass with Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in relevant field.
• Experience: 1 year in digital marketing/social media management.
• Skills: Video editing, Graphic Designing, Social Media Content Creation.
• Passion for e-sports and online gaming will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful lead generation.
• Duty Hours: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM (one weekly off as per roster).
