Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media, SEO, Google Ads, and online analytics.

• Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementCreate, publish, and manage content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan monthly content calendars and increase engagement through posts, reels, stories, and ads.
• 2. Performance MarketingRun and monitor paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, etc.
• Track ROI, leads, conversions, and ad performance.
• 3. SEO & Website ManagementConduct keyword research and optimize website content for ranking.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO.
• Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics/Search Console.
• 4. Content & Creative CoordinationWork with designers, photographers, or editors for creatives, videos, and campaigns.
• Write captions, ad copy, and blog content when needed.
• 5. Email & WhatsApp MarketingCreate and run email campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Maintain subscriber lists and track engagement metrics.
• 6. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CPC, CPL, impressions, and conversions.
• Suggest improvements for better performance.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop (added advantage).
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
