🚀 We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & IT Executive

Hail Mediproducts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing & IT Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with technology, supports marketing execution, manages data, and assists with basic IT coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📢 Content Ideation & Planning

• Ideate topics for reels, posts, videos, and digital content
• Create weekly and monthly content calendars
• Track industry trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate internal approvals

🎨 Coordination with Design Team

• Share clear briefs with designers
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Track timelines, revisions, and final deliveries

📲 Social Media Execution

• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp Business
• Ensure timely execution as per content calendar
• Track basic analytics (reach, views, engagement) and prepare weekly reports

📊 Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain marketing and lead data using Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
• Segment leads and customer databases
• Prepare simple MIS and performance reports

Sales Team support

• Provide brochures, product sheets, presentations, and marketing collaterals
• Assist with file formatting, presentations, and content sharing
• Maintain organized folders for visuals, videos, and marketing assets

IT Coordination & Software support

• Support CRM, inventory, attendance, and other internal systems
• Coordinate with external software vendors for issue resolution
• Assist with access, login, and basic troubleshooting

Internal Tech Assistance

• Help employees with basic technical issues (email setup, printers, file access, etc.)
• Maintain internal documentation and shared resources
• Support teams in using digital tools effectively

Training & Internal Enablement

• Train staff on:
• Using marketing content professionally
• Basic CRM and data entry practices
• Accessing and sharing product materials
• Create short user guides for internal software and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends
• Working knowledge of Excel and basic IT troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
