Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing various online marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & SEM: Manage SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, improve website rankings, and analyze website traffic.
• Content Marketing: Develop content for blogs, social media, website, and email campaigns to engage and attract audiences.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and analyze content across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• PPC Campaigns: Set up and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
• Analytics: Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to measure performance.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives.
• Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation strategies to drive sales and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.) and automation tools.
• Good knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Knowledge of Graphic Design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Google Ads certification.
