About the Role

We're looking for a versatile professional who combines strong technical development skills with digital marketing expertise. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our web presence while driving traffic and optimizing our online visibility.

Responsibilities

Development

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Optimize application performance to handle high traffic volumes
• Implement security best practices and ensure data protection
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Manage SEM campaigns including Google Ads, with a focus on ROI optimization
• Monitor website analytics and generate actionable insights
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Implement tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
• Requirements3+ years of experience in full stack web development with proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Proven track record of building and scaling websites to handle 1,000+ daily visitors
• Hands-on experience with SEO techniques including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building
• Demonstrated success managing Google Ads campaigns and other paid media
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and caching strategies

Paid Media Experience

• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000–$50,000+ across Google Ads and other platforms
• Track record of achieving ROAS targets of 3x–5x or higher
• Proven ability to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) while scaling campaigns
• Experience optimizing campaigns for key metrics including CTR (target 2%+), conversion rate, and quality score
• Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch conversion tracking
• Nice to HaveExperience with additional frameworks or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
• Background in content marketing or copywriting
• Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics
• Experience with programmatic advertising or other paid channels (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
