Digital Marketing Executive

AiRnWingS is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s online presence. The role includes handling social media, running paid campaigns, generating quality travel leads, creating engaging travel content, and supporting the sales team with data-driven marketing strategies. The candidate must have strong digital marketing skills and prior experience in the travel industry.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Manage AiRnWingS social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and publish engaging content, reels, stories, and destination promotions.
• Maintain the brand style and tone of AiRnWingS.
• Grow followers, engagement, and reach.

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

• Run paid ad campaigns for AiRnWingS on Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads.
• Generate high-quality travel leads for the Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Mauritius, India, etc.
• Monitor CPC, CPL, ROI and optimize campaign performance.
• Use retargeting strategies to increase conversions for AiRnWingS.

3. Content Creation & Branding

• Create creative travel posts, captions, newsletters, short videos, and promotional messages for AiRnWingS.
• Design marketing banners using Canva/Photoshop.
• Write SEO-friendly web content and blogs for AiRnWingS website.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics & other tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports for AiRnWingS management.
• Give strategic recommendations for better results.

6. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with the AiRnWingS sales team to support package promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with designers, content creators, and agencies if required.
• Assist in launching new destinations, offers, and festival promotions.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing in the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of the Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Mauritius & India travel markets.
• Proven experience running ads for travel companies (preferably in agencies like AiRnWingS).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media strategy & online lead generation.
• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (basic design skills required).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple promotions and meet deadlines.
