 Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube & LinkedIn.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI.

2. Social Media Management

• Create content calendars and manage daily posting.
• Grow engagement through reels, posts, stories, and community interaction.

3. SEO & Website Management

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content (on-page and off-page SEO).
• Monitor traffic and rankings using tools like Google Search Console & Analytics.

4. Content Creation

• Coordinate with designers/writers to create ads, creatives, reels, blog posts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and measure campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on ROI, conversions, and traffic insights.

6. Email & SMS Marketing

• Run email drip campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
• Manage databases and ensure high deliverability.

7. Lead Generation & Nurturing

• Create landing pages, lead magnets, and ad funnels.
• Work with sales teams for lead handover and performance tracking.

🔹 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.
• Good understanding of social media trends & content creation.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven digital marketing experience (freshers can apply with strong skills).
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO are a plus.
