Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role involves planning campaigns, managing social media, coordinating photoshoots or promotional events, and working closely with the sales and design teams.

• Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams for product promotions and seasonal launches.
• Handle digital marketing activities such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, etc.
• Prepare marketing materials like flyers, catalogs, and promotional videos.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assist in planning events, exhibitions, or influencer collaborations.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, influencers, and media partners.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (fashion or retail experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
