Digital Marketing Manager

As the Manager in Digital Marketing for IVF Centers, your primary role will involve driving patient leads and conversions through performance marketing and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Skills: (Freelancers/work from home stay AWAY)

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Optimize campaigns for performance KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.

Develop data-driven strategies to improve traffic, lead generation, and sales.

Work closely with the creative team to design compelling ad visuals and copy.

Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure cost-efficiency.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Manage and grow the brand’s online presence through performance marketing and digital strategy.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.

Knowledge of SMO and Social trends.

Knowledge of Youtube Marketing & Influencer Marketing.

Knowledge of wordpress.

Knowledge of remarketing.

8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.

Proven track record of running and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and growth strategies.

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEO Tools and keyword planning tools.

Ability to work in Team and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience in IVF Treatment domain.

Basic graphic design/video editing for ads is a plus.
