Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SMO, SEO, Paid Marketing, and Social Media Platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Manage SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Oversee Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Act as YouTube & Instgram Content Manager:

  • Plan content strategy, video optimization, titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
  • Monitor channel growth, engagement, and analytics

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Manage social media calendars, content planning, and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
  • Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams for effective campaigns.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, and Paid Marketing

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Expertise in YouTube & Instagram channel management and video marketing
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skill

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget paid campaigns
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus
