We’re looking for a creator who gets the internet — someone who can turn trends into content, and content into growth.
What you’ll do:
- Ideate and create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Spot and adapt social media trends fast
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Track performance, experiment, and scale what works
- Mix storytelling, design, and data to grow engagement
You should:
- Have 1-2 year experience in social media or performance marketing
- Be hands-on with content, editing, and ad tools
- Think creatively, act fast, and own what you post
- Love both reels and results
