Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview: We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, who has scaled multiple clients, especially service-based and offline businesses.

This is a core role, not a support role. You will own performance end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Manage multiple client ad accounts simultaneously
• Scale service-based & offline businesses using paid media
• Work closely with UGC, content, and creative teams
• Test creatives, audiences, hooks, and funnels
• Optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Share weekly performance reports & growth insights

Key KPIs

• Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
• ROAS & Revenue Growth
• Conversion Rate Improvement
• Scaling stability & consistency
• Client performance satisfaction

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads
• Proven experience with service-based businesses
• Experience handling multiple clients at once
• Strong understanding of funnels, creatives, and scaling logic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
