Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Amazon Marketplace Management
• End-to-end handling of Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content)
• Perform Amazon SEO (keyword research, indexing, ranking improvement)
• Manage Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD):
• Campaign creation, optimization, scaling
• Budget control & ROAS improvement
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversions, and resolve listing/account issues

Ads & Other Marketplaces (Bonus skills)

• Experience with Facebook Ads & Google Ads (catalog, performance campaigns)
• Hands-on exposure to Zepto / Blinkit / Quick Commerce platforms (listing, ads, account handling)
• Ability to adapt strategies across platforms based on performance data
• Customer Interaction & CommunicationHandle customized customer queries (product details, special requests, order-related concerns)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth query resolution
• Maintain a professional, brand-aligned communication tone

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Amazon account handling & ads management
• Strong understanding of listing SEO & keyword optimization
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze reports and take action
• Basic understanding of performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR)

Bonus / Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Facebook, Google, Zepto, Blinkit accounts
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask across platforms and priorities
• Experience with D2C or consumer brands is a plus
