Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
• Research audience trends and competitor strategies to improve ad performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative thinking for ad concepts and copy ideas.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
