Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage and grow social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.
• Perform SEO and SEM activities: keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and monitor ranking and performance.
• Run, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-impact campaigns and creatives.
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Required Software & Techniques:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
• Good command over SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Proficiency in managing content on WordPress or similar CMS.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign tracking, and ROI analysis.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate with digital marketing certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and efficient.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Creative outlook with the ability to deliver under deadlines.
