As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating strategic, well-optimized

customer journeys - from first click to final purchase, You will work closely with our

marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that every stage of the funnel is optimized

for maximum conversion and customer retention

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, build, and optimize end-to-end sales funnels (lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion funnels).

Set up landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, and sales pages using funnel-building tools (like ClickFunnels, WordPress + Elementor, Leadpages, GoHighLevel, or others).

Develop A/B tests to improve opt-in rates, sales conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Implement marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, chatbot, etc.).

Monitor funnel analytics (traffic, conversion rates, drop-off points) and continuously

optimize based on performance data

Collaborate with ad specialists, content writers, and designers to ensure seamless funnel

execution.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on funnel performance and improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and optimizing sales funnels (minimum 2 years).
• Expertise with major funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages, WordPress, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, etc,).
• Strong understanding of customer psychology, online marketing, and copywriting fundamentals,
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSp5t, Mailchimp, Wati, Twilio, etc.).
•  Ability to analyze funnel data and take data-driven decisions
•  Excellent organizational and project management skills.
•  Basic knowledge of paid ads, SEO, and email marketing best practices
