Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mastery of Meta Ads, Local SEO, and campaign management, along with the ability to manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles and social media channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns while also creating engaging video and visual content to support marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) with a strong focus on ROI and CPL.

• Develop and implement Local SEO strategies to improve search visibility, local rankings, and inbound leads.

• Manage, optimize, and monitor Google My Business (GMB) listings, including posts, reviews, insights, and local performance tracking.

• Conceptualize, run, and analyze paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

• Create, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form video content for ads, social media, and promotional use.

• Manage and grow social media handles across platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance analysis.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools; continuously optimize based on data insights.

• Coordinate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business and sales objectives.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Meta Ads with a strong track record of lead generation campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of Local SEO and GMB optimization.

• Experience in planning and managing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in video editing and content creation for digital platforms.

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and growing online presence.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
