Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to manage and optimize our marketing campaigns. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and improving performance-driven campaigns while also contributing to creative design and campaign strategy. And candidate who has experience of working with influencers / content creators.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
• Design and test ad creatives, visuals, and ad copies
• Conduct A/B testing on ads to improve performance
• Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly reports
• Analyze audience targeting, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics
• Work with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaign ideas
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta Ads updates
• Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience running Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience in creative design for ads (Canva / Photoshop or similar tools)
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
• Experience running lead generation campaigns

EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
