Job Description
- Cleaning: Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Sanitation: Maintaining sparkling clean, organized, and sanitized dish stations, workstations, and storage areas.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash containers, recycling, and breaking down boxes.
- Support: Assisting kitchen staff and chefs with basic food prep tasks or restocking during busy shifts.
- Safety: Cleaning up spills, broken glass, or dishes immediately and following all health department regulations
