Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit. The role involves ensuring accurate order processing, quality inspection, proper packaging, and timely dispatch of consignments.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Handle daily order processing for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other marketplaces
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to meet dispatch timelines

2. Consignment Management

• Prepare and verify shipping labels, invoices, and documentation
• Ensure correct consignment allocation to respective courier partners
• Track dispatched shipments and update status in systems

3. Quality Inspection

• Conduct pre-dispatch inspection of products for quality, packaging, and accuracy
• Ensure no damaged, incorrect, or substandard products are dispatched
• Maintain quality standards as per company and marketplace guidelines

4. Packaging & Labeling

• Ensure proper packaging as per platform-specific requirements
• Verify barcode labeling, SKU matching, and FNSKU compliance (for Amazon)
• Maintain packaging material inventory

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse team for smooth dispatch operations
• Maintain daily dispatch reports and reconcile order quantities
• Escalate issues like delays, damages, or mismatches promptly

6. Inventory & Returns Handling

• Assist in inventory checks and stock reconciliation
• Handle return shipments (RTO) and quality re-checks
• RequirementsBasic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit Vendor Panel)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel, order management systems)
• Preferred SkillsExperience in FMCG / food / D2C brands
• Understanding of dispatch SLAs and logistics workflows
