Job Description
- Assign and dispatch GPS vehicle tracking service engineers to different branch locations as per service requirements.
- Monitor and manage service activities using the GPS vehicle tracking portal.
- Handle client communications through calls and emails, providing updates and resolving service-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including the head office and branch offices located in various metropolitan cities.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and maintain proper service records.
- Act as a point of contact between field engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
