🔧 Your Role

We’re looking for a Dispatch Executive to lead our backend operations—managing inventory, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining data accuracy with zero tolerance for errors.

✅ Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, WIP & finished goods
• Coordinate & oversee timely dispatches
• Ensure real-time data updates across systems
• Conduct regular stock audits & reconcile reports
• Supervise packing & dispatch team
• Handle RTOs, damages & rejection records
• Work closely with production for stock movement updates
• Keep documentation and dispatch reports clean & error-free

🎯 Who You Are

• 1+ years in apparel warehouse/store/dispatch
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory & Excel skills
• Background in garment production or fulfillment
• Proactive, dependable, and process-driven
• Comfortable with order management tools (Shopify, Unicommerce etc, Marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa etc.)

• D2C fashion brand experience
• Knowledge of courier integrations & RTO handling
• Experience in packaging standards for premium ethnic wear
