Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month + Performance Incentives

The Dispatch & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate packaging, dispatch verification, inventory counting, and daily production data entry. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational discipline, minimizing errors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging and ensure correct quantity and SKU are packed

• Print and manage shipping labels

• Verify dispatch before shipment

• Count inward and outward inventory

• Maintain basic stock records in Excel/system

• Enter daily production data

• Track low stock and inform the supervisor

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area
