Domestic Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Handling domestic travel bookings

hotel and holiday package reservations

Knowledge of travel portals

Creating customized travel itineraries

Coordinating with clients for confirmations & payments

Handling B2B & B2C travel queries

Providing excellent customer service

Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic travel packages.

Explain itinerary, costing, inclusions, and exclusions properly.

Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.

Coordinate with hotels, transport, and other vendors when needed.

Maintain basic client records and bookings in Excel.

Provide good customer service before and after booking.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in travel industry

Good communication and sales skills

Ability to handle clients professionally

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer.
