🎯 Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled DTF (Direct to Film) Printer Operator & Designer who can handle the complete DTF printing process along with basic design preparation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in printing, film handling, powder application, curing, and heat pressing.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain DTF printing machine
• Prepare print-ready design files
• Perform color correction and resizing as per garment size
• Handle film printing, powder shaking, curing & heat pressing
• Ensure print quality and color accuracy
• Maintain machine cleanliness and routine maintenance
• Manage daily production targets
• Coordinate with packing team for timely dispatch

• RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in DTF printing
• Knowledge of Photoshop / CorelDRAW / Illustrator
• Understanding of RIP software and print settings
• Basic knowledge of garment printing process
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Preferred SkillsExperience working with apparel brands
• Knowledge of different fabric types
• Ability to create simple custom designs when required

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience)
