Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Accountant to handle financial operations, track sales and purchases on Tally, manage inventory, file GST returns, and prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience in e-commerce business transactions.

• Key Responsibilities:Record and reconcile daily sales and purchase transactions on Tally from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.).
• Manage inventory accounting, stock entries, and adjustments.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
• Track payment gateway settlements, refunds, and commissions from online platforms.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in invoices and billing.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports.
• Assist with compliance including TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Support management with MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant (preferably in E-commerce or Retail industry).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with GST filing, returns & reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of financial statements, P&L preparation, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
