E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily online operations across marketplaces and internal systems. The role requires good Excel skills and clear English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms
• Order processing, coordination with dispatch & operations team
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel (sales, stock, reconciliation)
• Handle basic customer queries via email/chat in English
• Coordinate with accounts team for invoices, returns & reports
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and data management

Required Skills:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good English speaking & writing skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Blinkit)
• Attention to detail and ability to work with data
• Comfortable with computers and office software

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–3 years experience in e-commerce/operations preferred

Work Type:

• On-site only
