E-Commerce Executive

🚀 We are looking for a candidates who have hands-on experience in managing E-commerce marketplaces.

Open Positions:

E-Commerce Executive (1 Post):

Experience: Minimum 6 Months.

Skills: Expertise in Product Listing, Cataloging, Inventory Management & Order Processing on Amazon, Flipkart

Daily Tasks

Order Processing: Executing Orders, Printing Shipping Labels, Dispatching on time, Managing Returns/Cancellations etc.

Platform Management: Maintaining/Creating product listings on brand websites and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). This includes optimizing titles, descriptions, and pricing.

Inventory Coordination: Ensuring digital stock levels match physical warehouse levels to prevent "overselling" or stock-outs.

Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitoring daily sales and traffic.

Digital Merchandising: Working with designers to update banners, create landing pages, Product Images & A+ Listing.

Order & Logistics Oversight: Tracking the lifecycle of an order from "Purchase" to "Delivered," and managing the headache of returns and cancellations.

Customer Experience (CX): Monitoring site speed, fixing broken links, and ensuring the checkout process is as frictionless as possible.

Basic Requirement: One candidate must have Basic Calling/Communication skills to handle client support.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Data Entry).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
