Job Description
Role: E-commerce Operations Executive
Location: Office-based (Delhi NCR)
Experience: 1–3 years (mandatory marketplace exposure)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily orders on Flipkart, FirstCry, and Shopify
- Order acceptance, processing, and coordination with packaging team
- COD order verification via calls / WhatsApp
- Handle address corrections, order holds, cancellations
- Monitor RTOs, delayed shipments, and escalations
- Ensure 100% order status accuracy on dashboards
- Maintain daily order & dispatch reports (Excel/Sheets)
Requirements
- Prior experience with Flipkart Seller Panel (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with Excel & WhatsApp Business
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle volume without panicking
